How We Began?
Our formation dates back to 2007 when a group of passionate mountaineers and adventure enthusiasts join hands to shape our business. Allied was born out of their love for thrills, as they envisioned taking industrial safety and sports climbing to new heights in India as per the already established global benchmarks. Soon the company began offering dependable, top-quality, and affordable equipment from leading brands like Tractel, Petzl, Mountain Equipment, Sterling, etc.

Our Founder
Mr. Bhushan Poshe, our Managing Director, has always been known as an ardent nature enthusiast. His thoughts of translating the awe and inspiration he felt for Mother Nature into a business where like-minded souls could come together and enjoy mutually enriching experiences marked the beginning of Allied.
He is a qualified Mechanical Engineer from Pune University. After getting his degree in the year 1997, he forayed into businesses that involved designing, planning, and installing different types of metallurgical furnaces. His work experience in this field has not been limited to India, and he has executed many successful overseas projects even in Canada and China.
Even after having made a mark in the field of engineering, Mr. Bhushan Poshe knew that his true calling was in doing something that involved nature. His love for the outdoors and adventure sports led him to establish Allied Safety Equipments Pvt. Ltd. in Pune, Maharashtra. He combined his core expertise in the field of engineering to his deep passion for outdoor and adventure sports to form a company that soon acquired remarkable progress in its field. Today, under his leadership, the company proudly lends a unique safety edge to Indian sports and workplace environments across India.
Fuelled by his passion for adventure, Mr. Bhushan Poshe has also completed a range of certification courses from Petzl International, France in these areas:
